Beware googlebombs effects from your phpnuke footer

Last week ,I have complaints from my friend , who has got links from me in my site's footer, which I 've placed his links with "specific" anchor text and with that result ,I think myself that Google peoples might think that this is a linkbomb so they do cut that word from his index ,the result is his SERPS drop to nearly 100%
We've learn from observation that with the new google algorhythm and policy about googlebombs ,any link with anchor in bigggggg phpnuke site (I mean more than 10000 pages) will be assumed as linkbombs or googlebombs. That means you have to take care what you do in footer. And I also wonder if they think "php-NUKE" in every footer in big nuke's site will be treated as the same? Not good for our community isn't it?
